paradiGM Membership
paradiGM is a community of global mobility professionals from around the world, at all stages of their careers, who have joined together with the mission of connecting with other global mobility practitioners in genuine and meaningful ways that help them grow and thrive professionally, while giving back to diverse communities and having a bit of fun along the way.
paradiGM membership is granted on an individual basis to professionals working in, or aspiring to work in, the global mobility industry. This includes lawyers, tax advisers, in-house counsel, relocation consultants, paralegals and other professional support staff, employees of non-profit organisations, academics and students.
We do not offer company-level memberships, although companies may be invited to sponsor events from time to time.
Everyone who shares a passion for our mission and would like to be part of our community is welcome, regardless of age, gender, race, citizenship, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background or any other personal characteristic. We welcome and celebrate diversity in all its forms.
Membership fees
Membership is billed annually from the anniversary of the date on which the member joined paradiGM. A renewal reminder will be sent approximately one month before the membership expires.
Members who do not renew their membership on time will be removed from the website directory, WhatsApp group and email communications lists.
For the 2026–27 year, the following membership fee tiers apply:
Standard Members
Fee: EUR 200Young Professionals
Available to individuals who are within five years of graduating from university or, if they do not hold a university degree, within five years of starting their first professional role.
Fee: EUR 100Retirees
Available to individuals who are no longer actively working in a paid professional role.
Fee: EUR 100Need-Based Membership
Available to individuals who are permanently or temporarily unable to pay the full membership fee.Eligibility may be linked to geographic location, including residence in a low-HDI country, but it is not granted automatically on that basis. Applicants must also confirm that they are experiencing financial need.
Individuals living outside low-HDI countries who are experiencing financial hardship are also welcome to apply under this category.
Fee: EUR 100A limited number of scholarships may also be available to individuals who are unable to afford the need-based fee. For further information regarding scholarship availability, please contact us at info@paradigmcommunity.org.
Unemployed Members
The membership fee is waived for the duration of the member’s unemployment. Members are asked to inform paradiGM once they become employed so that the applicable membership fee can be reinstated.
We are committed to removing economic barriers to membership whenever possible. Members and prospective members experiencing financial hardship are therefore encouraged to contact us regarding the need-based fee tier or the availability of scholarships.
Please note that the primary purpose of paradiGM is the fulfilment of the mission described above. We welcome members seeking support from one another and encourage the development of organic relationships that are both personal and professional.
However, paradiGM is not a platform intended for business development, sales pitches or unsolicited commercial approaches. In keeping with this, we ask that members do not enroll other paradiGM members in any of their commercial communications, newsletters or other promotional emails unless the other member has explicitly signed up for the communications.
