The paradiGM Community advises on the following Terms of Membership:
1. Eligibility
Eligible for membership in the paradiGM Community are:
- Immigration professional (consultants, global immigration coordinators, lawyers, migration agents);
- Global mobility supplier/ relocation professional;
- Tax professional;
- In-house/Corporate professional;
- Other professional;
- University student;
- Retirees
- Junior Professional (5 years or less after graduation or experience);
- Professional services staff (paralegals, administrative staff)
who work in the global mobility sector and share a passion for our mission of connecting with other global mobility practitioners in genuine, meaningful ways that helps us to grow and thrive professionally while giving back to diverse communities and having a bit of fun along the way.
Membership in other professional affiliations, groups or networks does not per se preclude membership in the paradiGM Community.

3. Cost
The regular membership fee is €200 p.a. and the discounted membership fee is €100 p.a.
The discounted membership fee is available to:
- Young Professionals – Those within 5 years of university graduation or, if no university degree, within 5 years of starting their first professional job.
- Retirees – Those who are no longer actively working in a professional paid role.
- Need based – For those who are permanently or temporarily unable to pay the full membership fee. While this can be due to geographic location (i.e. low HDI country) it is not automatic for all members in low HDI countries, the member must also attest economic need. Note that those outside of low HDI countries experiencing economic need are also welcome to apply under this category. For those unable to afford the need based fee, we also offer a limited number of scholarships, please contact us at info@paradigmcommunity.org for more information on scholarship availability.
The fee is waived for unemployed individuals for the period of unemployment, member to inform paradiGM once they have become employed so that membership fee can be reinstated (honor system).
4. Renewal
The membership renews automatically on the anniversary of approval of membership. If a valid credit card is on file at the time of renewal, the membership fee will be charged automatically and a receipt sent to the renewing member for their book keeping. Automatic renewals keep staff cost at a minimum and allow for keeping registration fees low while still being able to donate 10% of the proceeds.
5. Cancellation
A paradiGM Community Member may terminate membership on written notice given 30 days before the end of each subscription period, ie, 30 days before the anniversary of approval of membership.
6. Amendments
Recepients of discounted memberships must advise paradiGM Community Ltd. of any change of location (e.g. especially when moving from a medium/low HDI country to a high/very high HDI country) or status (e.g. graduating from junior professional to lawyer).
7. Giving Back
As part of its commitment to giving back, paradiGM will donate 10% of its membership proceeds to a charity that supports refugees, immigrants or other vulnerable populations. Members will have a say in choosing the charity.
8. Financial Transparency
In keeping with our commitment to transparency with our members, membership revenues will be used in the following ways: to make the aforementioned donation to charity, and to cover operational expenses (i.e. website, technology platforms, freelancers (IT, administration)).
Any amounts beyond what is needed for these areas will be used in a manner consistent with the mission of paradiGM to connect global mobility practitioners in a way that helps them to develop and thrive professionally while giving back to diverse communities and connecting with one another in genuine, meaningful ways. Members of the paradiGM Leadership Team and mini-teams are volunteers and will not be compensated for their time.
