About ParadiGM

Mission

To connect global mobility practitioners in a way that helps them to develop and thrive professionally while giving back to diverse communities and connecting with one another in genuine, meaningful ways.

Who We Are

What is paradiGM?

paradiGM is an international collective of changemakers committed to promoting purpose and meaningful collaboration within the field of global mobility.

Our mission is to connect people who support global migration in a way that helps them to develop and thrive professionally while giving back to diverse communities and connecting with one another in genuine, meaningful ways.

We will carry out our mission by focusing on three key pillars within our association: Gather, Grow and Give.

What We Do

  • Gather:
Bring together and connect our members in genuine, meaningful and occasionally playful ways to enrich their lives.
  • Grow:
Help our members to develop and thrive professionally no matter where they are in their careers.
  • Give:
Enable our members to create meaningful change by providing them with a platform to work together with other members to give back to causes that matter to them.

Values

  • Diversity:
We embrace paradiGM being a group that is diverse, inclusive, equal and accessible.  This will be at the heart of our communications because we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging for members of the community.  We will endeavor to listen, understand and promote empathy as a way of encouraging people to be curious about the fact that there may be strengths in people who think and live in different ways.
  • Innovation:
We encourage new ideas and concepts, including those outside the traditional sphere of corporate global migration with a view to how new ideas can enhance our practices, our lives and our capability to give back.
  • Play:
We seek to enrich our members’ lives by reminding everyone to bring playfulness, fun and joy into their work and their interactions with others.  We believe that no one is ever too old, too accomplished or too serious to benefit from play.
